This year’s celebration will be bigger and more festive than ever, marking the 250th anniversary of American independence and the 170th anniversary of the City of Eureka. The family-friendly festival features local vendors, food, crafts, kids’ activities, community booths, and live music on multiple stages throughout the day. The celebration continues into the evening with a fireworks show over Humboldt Bay at 10 p.m.
