Join Friends of the Eel River at the Madrone Taphouse in Eureka on Thursday April 11 for pizza and pint night! Madrone Taphouse is donating $1 from every pint and 10% of pizza sales between 4 - 8 pm. Our staff will be there to provide the latest updates on our programs including Eel River dam removal and the Great Redwood Trail.
Support the Community Bike Kitchen and get your fill of pizza and pints at The Madrone Taphouse in Old Town on Monday, March 25. $1 of each pint and 10% of pizza sales will support the Bike Kitchen's continued focus on sharing bicycle repair knowledge and affordable transportation for our community.
The Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce is constructing a flex workspace, "Business H.Q.", in downtown Eureka for local businesses and entrepreneurs. By joining us at Lost Coast Brewery on February 28, you can support the construction of this asset for our business community.

We are getting donations for our Bowl for Kids Sake team. The tournament is on March 1st and we are going to BOWL!!! All proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the North Coast. $1 of every pint purchased goes to our team sponsorship and we will have some other ways you can contribute. Join Humboldt Cider Company for a Cider for Non Profits evening! This fundraiser will benefit the Community Bike Kitchen at the Jefferson Community Center in Eureka. There will be a happy hour bike demo from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and live music from Elderberry Rust String Band. 21+ after 7pm. Percentage of ALL tap sales are donated to the Community Bike Kitchen. *Growler sales not included

Our second annual Labor Day Block Party will be a blast! Last year we raised enough money to create the Opera Alley exhibit space, which has now been home to several student art exhibits. Now, let's raise money for a new wheelchair ramp for the Clarke Museum!
The Latin Peppers will play in Clarke Plaza, while fresh grilled chicken, beef, and veggie shish-ka-bobs and ice cold adult beverages will be for sale on E Street, in front of the Clarke. Wynsome Winds will keep it mellow in Nealis Hall! Come have a great time and support an important cause!

The Humboldt County Beekeepers Association & E.C.O. Eureka invites you to Bee Fest 2018. This year's theme is "Dance of the Pollinators".
Bee Fest is an opportunity for our community to learn about the fantastic world of pollinators and get to know our local beekeepers!
This fun, family-friendly gathering is a great place to celebrate bees! Resplendent with local live music, hands-on workshops, and kids zone with a storyteller. The Seed Exchange and the Native Plant Society will be there with seeds and live native plants to promote pollinator friendly gardens. Watch live honey bees in the observation hive! Find out what you can do to help insure the bees survival!
The "Honeybee Marketplace" offers local beecrafts, bee themed novelties and lots of local artisinal products. There is an art contest, a children's art show, kid-friendly games and activities (Make Seed bombs!), fresh local honey tasting, delicious food and so much more! Come catch the buzz and join the fun!
