Seafood, Sunshine, Maritime, and Music.
The residents and merchants of Eureka, on California’s north coast, invite you to celebrate the mighty Pacific Ocean and one of it’s most pristine inlets, Humboldt Bay, at the Eureka Salt and Fog Fish Festival.
Situated along Eureka’s historic and picturesque waterfront, this three day event pays homage to Eureka’s seafaring and ocean-fishing heritage while showcasing it’s best.

It’s a Pirate’s life for everyone at the Fish Out of Water Pub Crawl
What better way to kick off a festival than dressed up as a pirate, sea captain, or mermaid and walk around old town in search of sea-farer beverages! On April 26th The Fish Out of Water Pirate Pub Crawl is a self-guided and pay-as-you-go experience through Downtown and Old Town featuring special stops.

A special showing of Jaws at the Eureka Theater.
Come by The Eureka Visitor Center for a map, music, and good ‘ol maritime Grog at 6pm.

Saturday, April 27th we celebrate the Pacific and it’s bounty with eats and bites utilizing storied recipes and local, underwater ingredients:

Some of the freshest and most delicious seafood to be had anywhere on the West Coast. Foodies take note!
Did we mention there will also be a chowder cook off? Whether your favorite style is Manhattan, or New England, it’s all going to be tasty.
And what’s a festival without music?! We’ve got a line up that will be sure to keep you feeling good, and groovin until 6. Bands include:

On Sunday April 28th let’s run! Fun run through Old Town starting at HealthSPORT By the Bay.
Watch the runners dressed to their maritime nines, and be sure to look out for select restaurant and bars serving signature Bloody Marys.
